We are delighted in your interest of being part of the SUPER ARTS FESTIVAL UNITED NATIONS 2024! We will have performances by local artists, international guests, singer/band competitions, dancing, modeling, and other artists exhibiting their talents.

Date: Saturday, July 20, 2024
Time: 11:00 am to 10:00 pm
Location: Utah Cultural Celebration Center (1355 W 3100 S, West Valley City, UT 84119)

Set up: 8:30am to 10:30am.
Take don: 7:00pm to 8:30pm

COST OF SPACES

Booth measurements are 6’x3′ (vendors are responsible to bring displays/chairs/tables to decorate their booth space. Vendors will have some room behind their space to place their chairs). Spaces are not transferable.

**Vendors will be inside the building, food trucks outside.

Vendors and Artisans:

  • Full space: $300)
    • Shared spaces: maximum 2 ventures, both must apply and be approved.

Food:

  • Dessert & snack table $400)
    • Shared spaces: maximum 2 ventures, both must apply and be approved.
  • Food truck $800)

Service Displays (spaces that don’t have anything to sell but showcase services)

  • Full space: $150)

SUPER ARTS FESTIVAL will indicate the location of the space, vendors take care of their displays. **You will not be able to hang things on the walls in this location.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

Booth fee payment is due on Wednesday, May 31 and information will be provided in the acceptance email to the Market.

Once you fill out the form and your request is approved, we will send the payment method to your email.

SOCIAL MEDIA AND PHOTO REQUIREMENTS

If accepted, you are required to make a social media video (Instagram or Facebook) announcing your participation in the festival, and tagging us. This will encourage buyers and viewers to check your social media and/or website beforehand.

** There will be specific days where promotional videos for each participating brand will be recorded, which you can attend to take advantage of the dissemination on social networks (optional).

TERMS OF SERVICE

  • There are NO REFUNDS, no exceptions
  • If you are no longer able to attend the market, we ask you to please notify us. We can be contacted by email at info@jairbenitezproductions.com.
  • Vendors and exhibitors: Your presence is required throughout the whole event (11am to 7pm).
  • You are responsible for your products and payments transactions during the event.
  • Vendors and exhibitors will be responsible for cleaning their booth spotless. Failure to do so will result in a $50 cleaning fee.

**SUPER ARTS FESTIVAL AND JAIR BENITEZ PRODUCTIONS do not and will not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion (creed), sex, gender expression, age, national origin (ancestry), disability, marital status, sexual orientation or military status, in any of its activities or operations.
